Valensec is contracted under FPS of Homeland Security. We provide these clients with armed security for federal buildings throughout the U.S including but not limited to:

➥U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE)
➥Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

We provide perimeter security, access/crowd control, and overseeing transactions between customers and window tellers. In addition, Valensec also provides armed services for academic intuitions such as the Appalachian School of Pharmacy located in Grundy, VA.

Valensec holds itself to a high standard when it comes to the security and protection of its clients. We provide a structured program that is custom tailored to the specific needs of each client. These solutions consider the ever-growing security risks involved in the day-to-day activities that happen within a business. Our programs include the following services:

➥Security Assessments to determine the best standard operating procedures for each site.
➥Physical Armed Security that is thoroughly trained to perform their duties in a professional manner.
➥Personal Supervision over every site. This includes a direct point of contact for any changes, concerns, or issues that may arise.

Valensec’s transition plans are custom tailored to each client’s needs and requirements. We follow the client’s termination policy for other existing service providers, along with our own standard operating procedure. The transitioning will require a minimum of 45 days for completion upon Valensec being awarded the contract but can be less depending on how quickly security assessments and onboarding can be completed. Security assessments will be conducted with the security director as well as with the branch manager in order to determine the best course of action for each location. Once finished, onboarding of security officers will commence. Our hiring process includes extensive background checks and interviews to provide the best possible security officers to the client. With that completed the transitioning process will conclude and the client will then be under the services provided by Valensec International.
